Mofijul Islam (left) is our Project Supervisor. He assigns work to our teams and maintains relationships with the families of our beneficiaries. He purchases our materials and seeks out work opportunities and income-generation activities. Leading our daily group meetings and organising parent meetings are also his responsibility.

Sonali Roy (third from the left)  is our Project Coordinator. She is responsible for administration and social activities and organises rehabilitation (weekly physiotherapy). Each participant sets rehabilitation goals at the of their time with us. Sonali does home visits and networks with government officials regarding official issues such as pensions and disability benefits. Further, she is responsible for financial transfers such as daily cash payments, food, and material costs.
